feat: inital

Replace redb/rkyv with rusqlite, add WASM runner, Kotlin example, hurl tests Remove redb object store and rkyv serialization, replace with rusqlite (SQLite) for endpoint storage. Add WASM runner using wasmi to execute compiled endpoints via /run/{path}. Restructure into lib.rs for test accessibility. Add integration tests, hurl API tests, and Kotlin example.
